Job Summary
Organize work and plan time to ensure cleaning does not impede patient experience while performing room cleaning, waste removal, linen collection, and deep cleaning. Utilize latest equipment and products to maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for patients, reporting incidents to the Infection prevention team. Work closely with Heads of Housekeeping and colleagues, applying good communication skills to interact with patients and maintain team standards. This bank, part-time role offers ad-hoc hours based on business needs, with access to a pension scheme, discounted gym membership, and holiday in line with the Working Time Directive.
Required Qualifications
- Be friendly, with good communication and customer service skills
- Motivated, friendly and flexible
- Ideally experienced in a similar role
- Will be well organised
- Ensure that cleaning processes are followed
- Ensure that the location is clean, pleasant and safe for patients
- Work closely with the Infection prevention team
- Reporting incidents to the relevant team members
