Housekeeper - Noel Manor

Perform hands-on housekeeping tasks per schedule, including cleaning showers, toilets, floors, vanities, countertops, and common areas. Complete daily duties checklists, collect and dispose of resident trash promptly, and maintain building cleanliness in all units. Respond to calls for housekeeping problems such as spills or broken glass, handle hazardous materials per standard precautions, and submit work orders for needed maintenance. Monitor housekeeping equipment and report issues to the Head of Housekeeping or Director of Maintenance immediately. Build rapport with residents by informing them of laundry schedules and noting personal preferences.
