Job Summary
Sweep, mop, and polish floors; sanitize areas, vacuum carpets, clean restrooms, wash windows and walls, move furniture, and pick up outside garbage. Work in cooperation with team members to maintain a clean, sanitary environment for residents and staff, stock common areas, replace light bulbs, and eliminate trip hazards. Adhere to safety programs regarding chemical handling and equipment storage while delivering excellent customer service to residents, families, visitors, and vendors. Ensure an attractive home environment fosters engagement and purposeful living. Perform duties under oral and written directions, making decisions in the resident's best interest. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency required in Pennsylvania
- Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks
- Ability to make decisions and act in the resident's best interest
