Job Summary
Housekeepers are responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and orderly environment for residents, employees, and visitors. Essential duties include cleaning common areas and vacant units, developing cleaning schedules, maintaining cleaning supply inventory, and ensuring cleaning equipment is in good working order. Candidates must have at least 1 year of related experience and effective communication skills. Physical demands include the ability to lift at least 30 lbs and perform manual tasks such as bending and standing.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of housekeeping experience in an affordable housing environment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to use cleaning supplies as directed
