Housekeeper

Housekeeper responsible for cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms and public areas to luxury hotel standards. Duties include changing bed linen and replenishing towels, toiletries, and guest amenities; dusting, vacuuming, polishing, and sanitising guest rooms and hotel areas; reporting maintenance issues, damages, or lost property promptly; ensuring all rooms are prepared and inspected prior to guest arrivals; maintaining cleanliness in corridors and public areas; following health & safety and infection-control procedures; handling cleaning chemicals and equipment safely; delivering exceptional attention to detail to support the hotel's luxury guest experience; working efficiently to meet daily room targets while upholding high standards.
