Housekeeper

Conduct weekly housekeeping services for apartments, common areas, dining spaces, and laundry while adhering to residents' Individualized Service Plans. Manage inventory and requisition of cleaning supplies, use personal protective equipment safely, and identify hazards or unsafe conditions to report promptly. Document maintenance needs, submit work orders, and respond appropriately to smoke or fire alarms. Answer phones courteously and assist residents, visitors, and team members as needed. Uphold confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and OSHA safety guidelines, and complete incident reports as required. Participate actively in safety committees, staff meetings, and bi-weekly in-services.
