Job Summary
Clean the resort office, clubhouse, public access areas, models, cabins, and rentals to ensure a five-star guest experience through mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal. Maintain common areas to established standards, track cleaning supply inventory, and request refills. Report maintenance concerns for repairs in common areas, vacant, or rental homes to the Resort Manager or Maintenance Supervisor. Assist maintenance staff, other team members, and the Resort Manager with guest inquiries, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. Drive a motorized vehicle to run errands or pick up supplies as needed. Work weekends and holidays as required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- One to three years of experience in a housekeeping role
- Knowledge of cleaning supplies and products
- Organizational skills and attention to details
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Current auto insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willing and able to work weekends and holidays as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience is a plus
