Housekeeper

Housekeeper responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming student accommodation. Perform daily interior and exterior cleaning of communal areas (kitchens, lounges, bathrooms, hallways, floors), clean toilets (floors, walls, WC pans, urinals, sinks, fittings), ensure rooms are cleaned between resident check-ins/check-outs, restock supplies in communal toilets, report maintenance issues to Facilities Manager, adhere to health and safety regulations, assist with deep cleaning and seasonal cleans, empty waste bins, collaborate with team for resident satisfaction, secure windows/doors in unoccupied flats, handle cleaning equipment/chemicals safely, maintain and report inventory of cleaning materials, keep cleaning store locked, operate cleaning machinery per training, conduct apartment/year inspections, support move-ins/move-outs, and perform ad-hoc duties as directed by the Accommodation Manager.
