Job Summary
Conduct thorough cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, and floors while dusting surfaces, making beds, and managing laundry. Maintain organization throughout the home by cleaning glass, mirrors, and specialty finishes like marble, replenishing supplies, and resetting spaces for guests. Assist with reasonable household tasks as priorities shift, ensuring the home remains clean and well-cared for. This role offers full-time or part-time schedules Monday through Friday with guaranteed hours, health insurance stipends, and PTO. A two-week paid trial period is required to confirm mutual fit.
Required Qualifications
- Prior professional housekeeping experience in a private home or comparable environment
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Provide strong professional references
- Be comfortable completing a thorough background check
- Be physically able to perform the normal duties of residential housekeeping
- Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and appropriate professional boundaries
