Housekeeper

Empty/sanitize trash containers in common areas, move and rearrange furniture, and polish exterior doors, brass doorknobs, and lobby fixtures. Routinely vacuum dining rooms, clean entryway floors, and dust drapes while mixing cleaning solutions to proper concentrations. Clean approximately 12-14 apartments daily, perform light repairs like plunging toilets, and assist office staff as needed. Follow weekly and monthly checklists and attend staff meetings. Requires high school diploma, one year of custodial experience, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
