Job Summary
Housekeeper responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in the hotel. Duties include pre-cleaning and stocking supplies, cleaning and restocking guest rooms per shift, and assisting with other cleaning projects in front and back of house areas. Emphasis on guest relations, greeting guests by name when possible, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining spotless, organized spaces. Requires knowledge of hotel features, teamwork, adherence to guidelines, punctual clock-in/clock-out, and ability to handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude. Required Qualifications
- Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred.
- Age 18 years or older.
