Job Summary
Housekeeper responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in the hotel. Duties include pre-cleaning tasks (stock room supplies, attend morning stand-up, manage linens), cleaning and restocking assigned rooms per shift, and handling additional cleaning projects in storage rooms, public spaces, guest laundry, and deep cleaning as needed. Emphasizes guest-facing hospitality, teamwork, accountability, and adherence to guidelines, with focus on maintaining spotless spaces, strong guest relations, friendly service, and proper checklist completion to support guest satisfaction and hotel operations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred.
- Age 18 years or older to perform this job.
- Willingness to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures.
- Attention to guest service and hospitality.
- Ability to communicate clearly and greet guests professionally.
- Clock-in/Out on time and adhere to schedule.
