Job Summary
Housekeeper responsible for cleaning guest rooms and corridors at Marriott International. Duties include replenishing amenities and supplies, replacing linens, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and performing floor care. Maintain safety and company policies, assist guests and colleagues, and uphold cleanliness and quality standards while presenting a professional appearance and demeanor.
Required Qualifications
- Respond promptly to guest requests and department requests
- Enter guest rooms following access procedures and verify vacancy
- Replace linens and amenities; replenish supplies
- Clean bathrooms and perform room cleaning tasks
- Vacuum and perform floor care in guest rooms and hallways
- Follow safety and security policies; report hazards
- Maintain appearance: uniform, professional demeanor, confidentiality
- Move, lift, push/pull equipment (up to 25 pounds without assistance; more with assistance)
- Stand, walk, bend, reach for extended periods
- Demonstrate clear and professional communication with guests and team
- Support team to achieve goals
