Maintain appearance and cleanliness of the hotel as a Guest Environment Expert, including cleaning rooms and public spaces, stocking carts, and delivering guest requests. Follow safety and company policies, maintain confidentiality, uphold quality standards, and keep uniform, personal appearance, and communications professional. The role requires standing and moving around for extended periods, with hands-on tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
