Housekeeper

Respond promptly to guest requests; replace amenities and linens; make beds and clean rooms; remove trash; ensure appliances in rooms are working; maintain cleanliness and safety in guest rooms and hallways; follow company policies and safety procedures; provide courteous, professional service; work with the team to meet quality standards; perform floor care and light housekeeping tasks; lift up to 25 pounds unaided and push/pull housekeeping carts; stand or walk for extended periods; communicate clearly with guests and colleagues; uphold confidentiality and uniform standards.
