Job Summary
Clean leasing offices, clubhouses, restrooms, models, amenities, and vacant units while inspecting common areas for cleanliness. Assist with make-ready tasks and manage cleaning supply inventory. Complete documentation accurately and report hazards or incidents following safety protocols. Build rapport with residents and respond respectfully to their needs. Perform additional tasks as assigned. This full-time role offers a pay range of $19.00 - $21.00 per hour with full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of hands-on experience in housekeeping
- Strong troubleshooting abilities to quickly assess and resolve issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Passing a background check
