Housekeeper

Conduct daily cleaning and maintenance tasks while serving as the first point of contact for current and prospective residents. Maintain safety procedures and demonstrate excellent customer service during extensive interactions with residents and guests. Possess a current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance to perform duties requiring travel. Prior cleaning experience is preferred, and the role requires completing all tasks within specified timeframes.
