Job Summary
Clean vacant apartments, carpets, and occupied units by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and changing linens. Maintain common areas, hallways, lobbies, and public restrooms while working with pets and adhering to privacy policies. Change sheets, restock supplies, and clean equipment at shift end. Report property damage and follow safety procedures. Work weekdays 8 am - 4 pm in a part-time role with 1 year cleaning experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive Criminal Background Screening and pre-employment Drug Test
- Must provide valid employment documents
- Must have reliable transportation to report to work on time and maintain good attendance
- Must be able to walk, sit, stand, bend, or kneel throughout shift
- Must be able to lift 25-50lbs
- Must have attention to detail
- Must be able to work in apartments with pets
- Must be able to complete assigned tasks in allowed days/time
- Understand the company's policy on work shifts, guest's possessions and privacy issues
- Cleaning: 1 year (Preferred)
