Clean on-site building facilities, vacant and occupied apartments at Tuscany at Gabriella Pointe, operating cleaning equipment and an electric golf cart while lifting 20 lb up stairs. Use chemicals according to labeling safety and understand company policies. Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week with hourly pay of $18–$20. Bilingual ability is a plus. MS manages luxury multifamily apartments with a focus on resident service and maintenance.
