Housekeeper

Professionally clean and maintain the apartment community, including freshening vacant apartments, leasing offices, and clubrooms. Vacuum, mop, clean windows, remove trash, clean appliances, and dust throughout the property. Clean and sanitize restrooms in office, clubroom, and pool areas, while wiping appliances and cleaning detergent remains in the laundry room. Assist in all other duties as assigned. This role may require a valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs and climb stairs regularly. After-hours emergency assistance may be necessary.
