Job Summary
Professionally clean and maintain the apartment community, including freshening vacant apartments, leasing office, and clubroom. Vacuum, mop, clean windows, remove trash, clean appliances, and dust throughout the property. Clean and sanitize restrooms in the office, clubroom, and pool areas, while wiping appliances and cleaning detergent remains in the laundry room. Assist in all other duties as assigned, including after-hours emergency support when necessary. This role requires the ability to lift up to 30 lbs, climb stairs regularly, and may need a valid driver's license.
