Job Summary
Housekeeper role at Mad Swans in the Mendips (Bristol area). Onsite position with full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts. Key duties include cleaning and re-setting cabins, changing bed linen and towels, stocking housekeeping supplies, dusting and polishing, sanitising bathrooms, vacuuming/mopping, reporting breakages and safety issues, engaging with guests, assisting with queries, and building rapport with regular guests. Role involves lifting/moving linen and supplies and working across cabins and outdoor areas; five days out of seven for full-time, with weekend work common. Training provided; opportunities to participate in hospitality activities and experiences related to the venue.
