Job Summary
Clean public areas, resident apartments, and laundry facilities by scrubbing floors, dusting furniture, changing beds, and distributing linens. Wash windows, disinfect equipment, stock carts, and manage trash disposal while maintaining locked utility rooms. Serve residents and guests by greeting them, reviewing menus, taking orders, and delivering meals with proper sanitization. Report resident health changes, unsafe conditions, or maintenance issues promptly to the Supervisor. Work various shifts and complete required training programs including Serve Safe Certification.
Required Qualifications
- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Communicate effectively in English with employees and residents
- General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices
- Ability to retain orders (up to four at one time)
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Basic computer skills
- Must successfully complete all Atria-specified training programs, including Serve Safe Certification
- Able to operate cleaning equipment such as: iron, washer & dryer, brooms, mops, vacuums, etc
- Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed and arrive to work on time
