Job Summary
Clean, disinfect, and straighten resident rooms, work areas, and common spaces according to schedule, including vacuuming carpets, scrubbing hard floors, and deep cleaning bathrooms. Dust and polish furniture, wash windows, manage laundry distribution, and empty wastebaskets as needed. Maintain cleanliness of unoccupied rooms and ensure proper equipment storage. Promote positive relationships with residents, staff, and visitors while performing any other duties as requested. Work 8am to 4pm part-time.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office in a Windows environment
- Capacity to master company specific software
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work with minimal supervision
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Professional telephone etiquette and customer service skills
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Must be able to lift 10 lbs. or less frequently
- Must be able to lift 11-20 lbs. frequently
- Must be able to lift 21-50 lbs. occasionally
- Must be able to lift 51-100 lbs. occasionally with assistance
- Must be able to push or pull 10 lbs. or less frequently
