Housekeeper

Conduct general housekeeping for the community and individual resident apartments, including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning common areas, dining rooms, hallways, and resident units. Clean and defrost refrigerators, check heat system filters, change linens, and ensure adequate linen supplies. Perform deep cleaning of apartments as needed, focusing on carpets, plants, railings, windows, and light fixtures. Launder all linens in provided laundry facilities and follow Laurelwood's sanitation and safety procedures. Empty waste baskets and turn mattresses with assistance as necessary. Maintain a friendly attitude fostering teamwork while providing excellent customer service.
