Job Summary
Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness for residents and performing laundry duties. Will clean all bathrooms (counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories, fixtures) in apartments and common areas, vacuum carpeted areas, mop tile floors, spot clean walls/windows, dust furniture, empty trash, clean baseboards and HVAC vents, and honor additional housekeeping requests from residents. Will assist with activity room setups and movement of furniture, report pertinent information to management regarding resident well-being, and perform additional housekeeping tasks as necessary. Schedule: full-time, 40 hours/week, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, and every other weekend required.
