Job Summary
Housekeeper and Laundry Attendant needed to maintain a clean, sanitary environment in the community under direct supervision. Responsibilities include daily cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping), deep cleaning resident rooms, cleaning offices and bathrooms, carpet care, and providing hands-on assistance to nursing staff. The role emphasizes empathy and respectful interactions with residents, families, and associates, adherence to HIPAA, safety, and proper dress and attendance policies. Requires completing trainings and participating in dining service duties; essential personnel during emergencies. Education/experience requirement includes a high school diploma or GED or one year related experience/training. Based in Ocala, FL with on-site duties.
