Job Summary
Perform day-to-day activities in the Housekeeping and Laundry departments as directed by the Supervisor of Housekeeping/Laundry Services and/or the Administrator. Maintain residents' confidentiality and treat them with kindness, dignity, and respect while serving in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role supports the Providence Park Rehabilitation & HealthCare Center in Mobile, AL, requiring a positive attitude toward the elderly and the willingness to learn within both long-term and short-term care settings. Full-time employment covers all shifts with shift differential pay available for qualified shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18-years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Must be able to follow oral and written directions
- Must have a positive attitude toward the elderly
- Must maintain residents' confidentiality
- Must treat with kindness, dignity and respect
Desired Qualifications
- Previous work experience in related fields
- Desire and passion to serve in a fast-paced, long-term and short-term healthcare environment
