Job Summary
Clean and disinfect various surfaces, furnishings, equipment, and areas throughout the building, including resident rooms immediately following discharge and prior to new arrivals. Ensure an adequate supply of clean linen and personal clothing is available by picking up soiled items, transporting them to the laundry, and operating washers and dryers properly. Fold, store, and deliver clean personal items and linens to residents and staff. This full-time, 1st shift role (7AM–3PM) requires excellent attendance, reliable transportation, and a commitment to serving senior adults at Smith Senior Living.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a team player while being able to work independently
- History of excellent attendance
- Must enjoy being of service to senior adults
- Maintains a neat, professional appearance
- Reliable transportation is mandatory
Desired Qualifications
- Housekeeping and/or Laundry experience preferred
