Housekeeper / Laundry Aide - Full-Time 1st Shift

Perform cleaning duties according to schedule in assigned areas such as apartment homes, common areas, lounges, and offices. Collect soiled linens, launder, fold, sort, and distribute clean laundry, while keeping storage rooms organized. Sweep, dust, mop, and spot clean floors, rugs, carpets, and runners; scrub tiles, woodwork, and window frames. Clean and sanitize lavatory, shower, and sink fixtures, stock dispensers, dust furniture, and polish glass surfaces. Collect trash and place it in designated pick-up areas. Maintain equipment and materials in clean, orderly condition, reporting needed repairs and supply needs to the Housekeeping Supervisor. Rotate runners in hallways and entryways as required. Must work every other weekend.
