Job Summary
Clean and sanitize residents' rooms, ensure bathrooms are clean and tidy, sweep and mop areas, make beds and change linens, and clean common areas including the lobby, nurses' stations, and hallways. Assist with room changes and facility upkeep as needed. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff. Work every other weekend in a supportive, inclusive Extended Care facility focused on individualized care. Previous housekeeping experience in healthcare is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred (especially in a healthcare setting)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions and multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Dependable, reliable, and a team player
