Housekeeper

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment in all community areas, including residents' rooms, public restrooms, offices, and common spaces. Perform day-to-day housekeeping functions such as sweeping, dusting, mopping, disinfecting floors, vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and polishing furnishings in hallways and elevators. Clean resident rooms by vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms, while collecting trash daily and laundering facility linens as needed. Wash walls, windows, baseboards, mirrors, and pictures to ensure surfaces remain smudge-free. Assist with setting up dining and activity rooms, respond to resident requests, and report hazardous conditions or needed repairs to management. Keep equipment, storage areas, and carts organized and clean. Maintain confidentiality of resident information and honor personal property rights.
