Job Summary
Conduct daily cleaning of the leasing office, clubhouse, restrooms, model units, amenities, and vacant apartments to maintain market-ready appeal. Freshen targeted show units throughout the day and assist with make-ready processes as directed by supervisors. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any hazards or dangerous situations to residents and team members. Operate a golf cart with a valid driver's license and work a Monday-Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm, including evening, weekend, and holiday call-outs.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property
- Must be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time
- Must be able to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
- Must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, sleet)
- Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, which includes taking 'call' during evenings, weekends and holidays
- Rare or regular travel may be required to assist other properties as needed, attend training classes, business meetings, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position
