Job Summary
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in resident rooms and common areas by performing daily tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, laundry, and waste removal. Use cleaning products and equipment safely according to facility policies and manufacturer guidelines while interacting with residents in a respectful, courteous, and compassionate manner. Report maintenance needs, safety hazards, or unusual resident concerns promptly to supervisors and comply with all safety regulations, confidentiality requirements, and community policies. Work PRN shifts including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in housekeeping or senior living preferred
