HOUSEKEEPER/JANITOR

Conduct day-to-day housekeeping functions as assigned, including cleaning and polishing furnishings, fixtures, and room heating/cooling units in resident and recreational areas. Wash, sanitize, and polish bathroom fixtures while removing water marks; clean windows, mirrors, floors, carpets, walls, and ceilings using proper disinfecting solutions. Remove dirt, dust, grease, and film from surfaces, clean hallways, stairways, and elevators, and discard waste into proper containers. Ensure all areas are clean, safe, and comfortable, and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored. Maintain vacant rooms as assigned.
