Job Summary
Conduct daily housekeeping duties including changing sheets, arranging towels, restocking supplies, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning rooms post-checkout. Ensure all areas meet brand and IHM standards while notifying supervisors of damages, deficits, or disturbances. Maintain excellent guest service in stressful situations by remaining approachable and proactive in problem-solving. Work flexible, variable hours based on occupancy and staffing needs, with full-time, year-round availability. Required Qualifications
- Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
- Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
- Ability to work well in stressful situations
- Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service
- Regularly required to stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time
- Regularly required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Variable scheduling availability based on guest occupancy, season, staffing and other factors
