Job Summary
Provide hotel housekeeping services to maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring guest satisfaction with attention to the Aloha Spirit and hotel standards. Responsibilities include maintaining assigned areas, stocking and handling linen items, reporting maintenance needs, performing deep cleaning tasks (carpet cleaning, tile stripping, shampooing), replacing amenities and linens, managing guest requests, and upholding guest privacy and security. Must have strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills, and be able to work under deadlines in a 24/7 hospitality environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience or adaptability with hotel housekeeping responsibilities
- Ability to maintain cleanliness to hotel standards
- Ability to communicate effectively with management and guests
- Ability to perform deep cleaning tasks and handle linen/restocking duties
- Ability to stand, lift up to 50+ lbs, and work in a hospitality environment
