Housekeeper II-Behavioral Health Pavilion (2nd Shift 4p-12:30a Monday-Friday, Rotating Weekends and Holidays Required

Job Summary
Perform routine cleaning and coordinate with management to resolve facility maintenance and service issues. Demonstrate knowledge of the 10 Step Cleaning Process and appropriate chemical use while practicing proper infection control methods. Maintain clean, orderly housekeeping carts and equipment, ensuring standards are met through quality control inspections and customer feedback. Work the second shift from 4pm to 12:30am Monday through Friday with rotating weekends and holidays required. Complete the Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) certification within 90 days of hire if housed within the behavioral health environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Demonstrate high degree of proficiency in the 10 Step Cleaning Process
- Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Displays positive customer service skills and promotes a team atmosphere
- Previous housekeeping experience
- Must be able to work our required schedule of Monday-Friday 4pm-12:30a with rotating weekends and holidays
- Successful completion of TCI (Therapeutic Crisis Intervention) requirement
- Must maintain TCI certification throughout employment

- Practices proper methods of Infection Control in conjunction with cleaning procedures
- Demonstrates proper use and knowledge of PPE and door precautions
- Maintains closet, housekeeping cart and cleaning equipment in clean, orderly and good working condition
- Maintains department's standards of practice as evidenced by quality control inspections and customer feedback
