Housekeeper / Housekeeping Inspector (Dual Role) — Hotel Indigo Baton Rouge Downtown

Clean and prepare guest rooms to Hotel Indigo's exacting standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking amenities. Inspect completed rooms for quality, cleanliness, and safety before they're released to guests. Spot-check housekeeping staff work, provide feedback, and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and supply shortages promptly. Maintain accurate room status logs, communicate with the front desk on room readiness, and help train new team members on cleaning standards. Ensure compliance with brand and safety standards, assist with deep-cleaning projects, and manage turnovers during high-occupancy periods. Full-time hourly role in Baton Rouge with growth opportunities toward Executive Housekeeper.
