Job Summary
Lead and supervise housekeeping operations to keep hotel facilities clean, orderly, and well-maintained. Direct housekeeping and laundry staff to meet quality standards and hotel policies, provide prompt guest service, and communicate needs to management. Responsible for assigning rooms and duties, staff training and equipment/tools provision, managing linen and supply PAR levels, supporting recruitment, inspecting guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and repairs, overseeing inventory and cost controls, handling lost-and-found procedures, coordinating with the Front Office and General Manager, and ensuring guest satisfaction through teamwork and proactive communication. Flexible to work varying schedules and contribute to department training and continuous improvement.
