HOUSEKEEPER-HOTEL HOSPITALITY

Direct the housekeeping program to ensure the facility remains clean, orderly, and well-maintained by supervising housekeeping and laundry operations. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in guest rooms, corridors, and public areas while assigning rooms and duties to staff. Oversee ordering, receiving, counting, and storage of linens and supplies, monitoring PAR levels and submitting monthly inventory reports. Assist with recruitment, employee training, and responding to guest complaints or maintenance concerns. Report damage, breakage, or out-of-service items immediately to the Duty Manager. Maintain flexibility to work varying schedules to meet operational needs and promote teamwork through daily coordination with other departments.
