Job Summary
Clean assigned guest rooms daily according to hotel standards, restock room carts with supplies, report room status or damages, securely handle pass keys, deliver lost and found items with proper documentation, perform deep cleaning as assigned, collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction, follow procedures for handling cleaning agents and supplies, and provide courteous, professional service to guests. Requires time-management, prior housekeeping experience, effective communication, reliability, and being a team player; able to handle problems calmly under pressure.
Required Qualifications
- Must have prior housekeeping experience
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Must have ability to communicate effectively
- Must be reliable and dependable
- Need to be a team player
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
- Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary
