Job Summary
Clean assigned guest rooms daily according to hotel standards, restock carts, and perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned. Safely handle pass keys, report room status or damages, and turn in lost items with proper documentation. Collaborate with maintenance teams, follow cleaning agent procedures, and provide courteous service to guests. Manage time effectively to complete tasks on schedule while maintaining composure under pressure. Requires prior housekeeping experience, high school diploma, and ability to work as a reliable team player.
