Job Summary
Housekeeper for Best Western Houston Galleria in Houston, TX. Responsibilities include cleaning assigned guest rooms daily according to hotel standards, restocking room carts, reporting room status or damages, safely handling pass keys, turning in lost and found items with proper documentation, performing deep cleaning tasks, collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction, following procedures for handling cleaning agents and supplies, providing courteous and professional service to guests, and performing other duties as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper.
Required Qualifications
- Must have prior housekeeping experience
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to manage time effectively and complete tasks on time
- Must have ability to communicate effectively
- Must be reliable and dependable
- Must be a team player
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
- Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace
