Job Summary
Housekeeper to join HomeTowne Studios by RedRoof. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, removing and replacing linens, cleaning bathrooms and surfaces, using OSHA-compliant cleaning chemicals, communicating with front desk about room details, maintaining confidentiality of guest information, performing self-room inspections, and cross-training in laundry, maintenance, and/or front desk duties. Must be able to work in non-climate controlled areas and maintain a professional appearance in provided uniform. Prior hotel cleaning or customer service experience preferred; English communication required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 1 year preferred in hotel cleaning or similar experience.
- 1 year in previous customer service position.
- Basic English communication (verbal and written) skills required.
