Housekeeper - HomeTowne at Missouri City, Full Time

Housekeeper cleans and sanitizes public spaces, common areas, and resident apartments to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities include floor care (sweep, dust, damp/wet mop, strip, wax, buff), carpet cleaning (vacuum, shampoo, deodorize, disinfect), surface cleaning and proper labeling of hazardous materials, bathroom cleaning and sanitation, resident apartment cleaning with privacy considerations, resident interaction, documenting cleaning activities, emergency/disaster response participation, and training/on-the-job education. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED; prior cleaning/housekeeping experience is preferred; basic technical skills and knowledge of standard organizational practices.
