Job Summary
Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to hotel standards while making beds, replacing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking supplies. Ensure guest rooms and common areas remain clean and well-maintained, responding to guest requests in a friendly, professional manner. Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management and follow proper cleaning and safety procedures. Work closely with the housekeeping team and other hotel departments. This role requires standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts; on-call rotation applies. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management skills
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts
