Job Summary
Maintain the community interior and resident apartments in a clean, sanitary, and courteous manner by vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning common areas, hallways, dining rooms, and individual units. Perform deep cleaning tasks focusing on carpets, windows, and light fixtures, while laundering linens, changing bed linens, defrosting refrigerators, and checking heat system filters. Serve residents and guests by greeting them, reviewing menus, taking orders, and serving beverages, cereals, soups, and salads from carts. Bus and clear dishes after meals, reset tables following proper sanitizing procedures, and perform side work such as filling sugar holders and cleaning coffee makers. Follow company sanitation and safety procedures throughout all duties. Full-time and part-time positions offer competitive pay ranging from $17.00 to $20.40 per hour, along with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.
Required Qualifications
- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Communicate effectively in English with employees and residents
- General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices
- Ability to retain orders (up to four at one time)
