Job Summary
Maintain the community interior and resident apartments by vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning common areas, dining rooms, hallways, and individual units. Perform deep cleaning tasks focusing on carpets, windows, and fixtures, while laundering linens, changing beds, and checking heat system filters. Launder all linens in provided facilities and follow company sanitation and safety procedures. Serve residents and guests by greeting them, reviewing menus, taking orders, and delivering meals from carts. Bus and clear dishes after meals, resetting tables and chairs following proper sanitizing guidelines. Complete side work such as filling sugar holders, replenishing creamers, and cleaning coffeemakers. Perform other duties as needed and assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Communicate effectively in English with employees and residents
- General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices
- Ability to retain orders (up to four at one time)
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Basic computer skills
