Job Summary
Strip units of soiled linens, remove trash, and clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks. Report clean units as vacant and ready for inspection, document maintenance issues, and report damaged carpets, drapes, furniture, or missing inventory. Perform weekly guest services cleans as directed and maintain storage closet organization. Assist in solving guest complaints promptly and attend all training sessions. Work weekends and irregular hours while maintaining a high sense of urgency to turn units on time.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds (with or without accommodation)
- Ability to make decisions
- Planning and scheduling capabilities
- Ability to read, write and do basic math
- Personal timeliness be prompt with all assignments
- Ability to learn and change behavior
- Work irregular hours
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping preferred, but not required
